In these 50 minute individual sessions we may explore the expressive arts including visual arts, music, dance, writing, drama and meditative practices. We will develop a meaningful therapeutic relationship, explore your challenges and strengths and co-create treatment goals. We focus on your strengths, wisdom & resilience. We may create goals & action plans that help you feel motivated, energized, hopeful, clear, and confident.
